Please read this policy carefully to understand our refund terms.
B2C Cancellation Policy
Guests may cancel their bookings 72 hours (three days) prior to arrival and will not be penalized with any cancellation fees. A full refund would apply.
In the event of a guest cancelling less than 72 hours the guest will not be entitled to a refund.
In the event of a no-show, the guest will not be entitled to a refund.
In the event the guest wishes to amend the booking date due to a medical emergency, it is at the discretion of the company to request proof of the emergency in order not to apply the no refund policy.
Refunds will be applied for via sales@drbarabia.com and will be effected no later than 14 days from date of cancellation.
Groups
A group consists of five rooms or more. Group bookings cannot be made on site, and must be made via sales@drbarabia.com
Group bookings require a cancellation of no less than two weeks prior to arrival date not to have cancellation fees applied.
Refunds will be applied for via sales@drbarabia.com and will be affected no later than 14 days from date of cancellation.
Day visitor Activities
Guests may cancel their bookings 24 hours prior to arrival and will not be penalized with any cancellation fees. A full refund would apply.
